No. It is equally relevant to project managers and work-package leaders who must understand how scope, schedule and cost operate as one management system.

Does the course require scheduling software?

No. The course teaches planning and control logic independently of a particular software package. Corporate delivery may incorporate an organisation’s preferred tools.

Does the programme cover earned value management?
