Do participants need advanced mathematical skills?

No. The programme explains quantitative techniques in a practical and accessible way. The emphasis is on choosing, interpreting and communicating analysis correctly.

Is the course mainly about financial investment decisions?

No. The methods apply to investment, design, procurement, scope, resource, risk-response, recovery and many other project decisions.

Will participants use spreadsheets or decision software?

Simple spreadsheet-style calculations may be used to reinforce decision logic. Specialist software is not required for the core learning outcomes.

Can the programme use a real organisational decision?
