Build the foundation, then demonstrate application.
Designed for participants whose main goal is workplace readiness and evidence of integrated project-management capability.
Foundation Pathway
Establish disciplined project-management capability, prepare for an optional CAPM® certification route and demonstrate practical readiness through an assessed capstone.
Pathway purpose
The Project Management Foundations pathway develops the essential knowledge, practical tools, language and professional behaviours required to contribute to and progressively lead projects.
It begins with integrated project-management practice, provides an optional certification-preparation route and concludes with a live assessed capstone for participants who need to demonstrate applied readiness.
The pathway may be taken as a complete development journey or entered at the most appropriate point based on prior learning and experience.
Recommended progression
The pathway supports both capability development and certification-focused progression without requiring every participant to follow the same route.
Designed for participants whose main goal is workplace readiness and evidence of integrated project-management capability.
Designed for participants who also intend to pursue the CAPM® certification and want examination preparation within a broader capability journey.
Pathway courses
Each course can be selected independently, while the full pathway provides structured progression from learning to application.

Prepare systematically for the current CAPM® examination through structured domain learning, guided practice, scenario questions and a personal revision plan.
Stage 3 · Assessed application
