synopsis
A business process model is a roadmap that identifies completing a specific task. A business analyst develops process models to evaluate managerial and operational processes. Once they create the process model, the business analyst can assess how effective the business processes are and analyze areas that need improvement. Once they have identified the process is failing stage, they can determine the best solution.
Business Analysis Process Modeling is a three-day, integrated case-study-based class. The delegates will practice identifying and prioritizing processes that require improvement, modeling these processes, developing changes to improve performance, and creating documents to communicate these changes to the rest of the organization. The course provides the delegates with the opportunity to perform the four phases of a process improvement project—Define, Analyze, Implement, and Control.
