Business Process Analysis, Modelling and Improvement develops the capability to discover how work is performed, represent it clearly and identify changes that improve customer outcomes, flow, control and efficiency.

Is this a BPMN certification course?

No. BPMN-informed notation is used as a practical modelling language, but the programme is focused on process analysis, redesign and improvement rather than third-party certification.

Do participants need process-modelling software?

No. The concepts can be practised with simple tools. Corporate cohorts may use approved modelling platforms.

Does the course cover automation opportunities?

Yes. Automation is evaluated alongside simplification, standardisation, role, policy, information and control changes.

Can we use one of our own processes?

Yes. Corporate delivery can use a selected process, subject to access to appropriate evidence and stakeholder participation.
