INDENTRA AI Readiness Assessment
Organizational AI Readiness and Value Assessment
Assess whether your organization can adopt, govern, scale and convert artificial intelligence into measurable, sustainable and responsible business value.
A structured organizational diagnostic
Look beyond a single score and understand the capabilities that determine whether AI can create sustainable value.
The assessment combines organizational readiness, evidence confidence, management readiness gates and AI opportunity value. The purpose is not simply to classify the organization; it is to identify what should be strengthened, why it matters and what management should do next.
- 100 evidence-based readiness statements grouped into twelve enterprise dimensions.
- Weighted overall score, dimension scores, heat map and readiness radar profile.
- Evidence-confidence ratings and conservative treatment of capabilities that cannot be evidenced.
- Management gates that prevent strong scores in one area from concealing critical weaknesses elsewhere.
- Optional AI use-case value assessment and Readiness × Value decision matrix.
Important
This is a management diagnostic—not a certification, audit opinion or psychometric test.
Use the result to support strategy, capability development, investment prioritization and governance decisions. Material decisions should be validated with appropriate organizational evidence and specialist review.
Twelve readiness dimensions
Assess the connected capabilities required to adopt, govern and scale AI responsibly.
The profile deliberately spans business, data, technology, governance, risk, people and operating-model capability so that AI readiness is not reduced to a technology score.
AI Strategy and Strategic Alignment
Strategic purpose, differentiation, priorities and enterprise direction.
Leadership, Governance and Accountability
Executive ownership, decision rights, governance forums and accountability.
AI Opportunities and Business Value
Value hypotheses, economics, prioritization and benefits realization.
Data Readiness
Data quality, access, ownership, lineage, classification and suitability.
Technology and AI Architecture
Platforms, integration, infrastructure, identity and scalable architecture.
Cybersecurity, Privacy and AI Risk
AI-specific threats, privacy, resilience, incidents and human override.
Responsible AI, Ethics and Compliance
Fairness, explainability, legality, oversight and responsible-AI controls.
Processes and Operating Model
Workflow redesign, human-AI roles, controls, escalation and operating procedures.
People, Skills and Organizational Capability
AI literacy, specialist capability, workforce strategy and role-based development.
Culture, Adoption and Change Readiness
Trust, experimentation, adoption, employee engagement and change support.
AI Delivery, Lifecycle and Performance
Lifecycle governance, testing, monitoring, change control and benefits tracking.
Ecosystem, Vendors and Third-Party AI
Due diligence, contracts, vendor dependency, portability and supplier risk.
Your assessment
Before you begin
This assessment is designed as an evidence-based management diagnostic, not a marketing quiz. It separates organizational readiness from AI opportunity value so that management can distinguish between attractive AI opportunities and the capabilities required to implement them successfully.
Assessment principle
Measure the ability to create value repeatedly—not merely the amount of AI already in use.
For each statement, select the rating that best reflects current organizational capability. Choose Not Known when the capability cannot be evidenced; it is conservatively scored as 1 and flagged as an evidence gap.
Start the assessment
Identify the organization and assessment scope.
Fields marked are mandatory. Complete Organization, Assessor / team, Business unit / scope and Assessment date before starting.

Readiness gates
Critical weaknesses cannot be fully offset by strength elsewhere. The following gates determine where management should constrain deployment.

Optional second assessment
AI Use-Case Value Assessment
Organizational readiness answers “Can we implement AI successfully?” This second assessment answers “Should we pursue this particular AI opportunity?”
Readiness × Value decision matrix
Selective implementation
High readiness, lower value. Pursue selectively where learning or strategic optionality justifies the investment.
Accelerate
High readiness, high value. Prioritize, fund and move into controlled implementation or scaling.
Avoid / defer
Low readiness, lower value. Do not consume scarce transformation capacity without a stronger case.
Build capability, then pursue
Low readiness, high value. Treat readiness gaps as strategic transformation priorities.
