It is strongly recommended and may be required for an applied or assessed corporate pathway. The standard public course can use the integrated case unless a project requirement is specified.

Does the course include statistics?

Yes. It includes practical descriptive and selected inferential methods appropriate to Green Belt improvement decisions, supported by software or spreadsheets where suitable.

What software is required?

The exact tool depends on the delivery. Spreadsheet analysis is normally included, and specialised statistical software may be added when agreed in advance.

Can the programme be delivered in blocks?

Yes. The typical ten-day programme is normally delivered in two blocks, allowing structured practice and workplace application between sessions.
