The PMI® Risk Management Professional credential (PMI®-RMP) recognizes individuals who are experts in the specialized area of assessing, identifying, and preparing plans to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities. The PMI®-RMP Certification Boot Camp is a four-day class. In this course, the delegates will master the essential terminology, processes, tools, and techniques required to pass the PMI®-RMP certification exam. It utilizes practice exams, activities, games, and overnight assignments to prepare participants thoroughly for successfully passing the exam. Participants will also discuss and consider recognized "best practices" used for managing risk. This course is aligned with the latest versions of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMI® Guide to the PMBOK®), and the PMI® Standard for Risk Management in Portfolios, Programs, and Projects.
