Program Management is a four-day, integrated, case-study-based class. It explores each stage of the life cycle of a typical program. Delegates will practice initiating a program, building a solid business case, managing stakeholders, developing a program and governance plans, defining key program deliverables, managing changes, dealing with challenges, and closing the program effectively. The course identifies the critical success factors for each step in the process. This course is aligned with the latest versions of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMI® Guide to the PMBOK®), and PMI® Standard for Program Management.
