Scrum Master and Team Effectiveness Programme

Scrum Mastery, Team Facilitation and Coaching

Apply Scrum with discipline while strengthening facilitation, coaching, team effectiveness, impediment removal and continuous learning.

Move beyond ceremonies to create an effective Scrum system and a learning team.

Scrum Mastery, Team Facilitation and Coaching develops the judgement and practical capability required to help a Scrum Team use the framework purposefully and improve over time.

Participants examine Scrum accountabilities, events, artefacts, commitments and empirical control while learning how to facilitate difficult conversations, coach without taking ownership away from the team and remove systemic impediments.

A multi-Sprint simulation exposes changing priorities, quality problems, stakeholder tension and delivery constraints so participants can practise inspection, adaptation, facilitation and team-development decisions.

What participants will be able to do.

  • Explain Scrum theory, values, accountabilities, events, artefacts and commitments.
  • Establish a clear Product Goal, Sprint Goal and transparent Product Backlog.
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective effectively.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders without becoming the team administrator or task manager.
  • Recognise team-development patterns, conflict, avoidance and unhealthy dependence.
  • Design inclusive facilitation for participation, challenge, convergence and decisions.
  • Identify, prioritise, escalate and remove impediments at team and organisational levels.
  • Use evidence from outcomes, quality and flow to support inspection and adaptation.
  • Protect self-management while maintaining accountability, transparency and professional standards.
